OUR STORY

At Platinum Health, our founders set out to make a meaningful impact in the care industry. They identified gaps in the market where essential products were lacking and critical needs were going unmet. Determined to shake up the industry for the better, Platinum took a bold approach—they listened to their customers and addressed the challenges that mattered most to them. Combining their youthful energy and passion, they revitalized an outdated industry, refocusing on the people they serve. Platinum brought the human touch back to care, becoming more than just a supplier—they became a problem solver, creating solutions and going above and beyond to make things happen.

Platinum shifted from a reactive to a proactive mindset. No longer was it “ship and forget” or “it’s out of our hands.” If a customer had a need, Platinum found a way to meet it—even if it meant jumping in the car to deliver it personally. Their mission was to transform the way care was delivered, injecting oxygen and positive energy into the industry, and bringing colour back into people’s lives.
