Clear tools. Trusted people. You take the lead.

Our easy-to-use app helps keep everything in one place. You can see what’s been spent, check schedules and make changes in just a few taps.

Some  people prefer to organise things themselves — to arrange their schedule, select their Helpers and make sure everything lines up. If that sounds like you, our Self-managed Membership gives you the tools to stay across your care and make adjustments as life changes.

Behind the scenes, our team is here if you have a question, need advice or want a second set of eyes.

How it works

1. You choose your Helpers: You decide who visits you and when.

3. You manage the budget: See where the funds are going and keep things on track.

2. You set the schedule: Book services when they work best.

4. We offer our support: Our friendly team makes sure you’re meeting government requirements and can step in with support if needed.

A tall, fair-haired helper in a black ACDC t-shirt and teal pants carries two shopping bags. Beside them, an older man with a white beard and glasses, wearing an orange and white ACDC vest, smiles and gestures "rock and roll" with his hand while walking a small, happy yellow dog on a leash. They are depicted within a light circular background.

You’re among friends

By combining smart technology, skilled people, and our unique network of skilled Helpers and partners, we make it easier for you to live well at home, get the support you need, and stay connected to the people and places you love.

Full Service vs Self-managed Membership

Every family is different. Some want to take an active role in choosing Helpers and scheduling services and others would prefer their care team to handle all the details. Either way, you'll always be empowered to make decisions that affect your care. Here’s how the two memberships compare so you can see what’s included — and what isn’t.

Features Full Service Membership Self-managed Membership
Your role You are more hands-off. All coordination is managed by your care experts. You are still involved in making choices about your care. You are more hands-on and take an active role in choosing who supports you and when.
Helper Coordination Your care team take care of Helper matching and scheduling. You interview and engage Helpers.
Budget control & oversight Managed for you however you retain complete oversight. You coordinate budgets and spending.
Allied health and services Fully booked and scheduled for you. You take an active role in booking and scheduling services.
Level of support A high level of support from a dedicated care team. Digital tools + expert backup.
Best for Those new to home care, those who prefer a fully coordinated service and those with complex needs. Confident Members wishing to oversee coordination of their care.

Both paths offer the same quality, safety, and expertise — just different ways to engage with your care.
