What is a Member Advisory Body?
Our Member Advisory Body is a natural extension of the ways in which we already gather regular feedback from our Members and their loved ones, including through our Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey and customer experience survey. It empowers Members to actively shape the direction and decisions of the services and care they receive by sharing insights drawn from their personal experiences.

How it works
Through in-person annual Member-led meetings we engage in meaningful conversation that support strategies, fostering ongoing, responsive improvements. This inclusive collaboration empowers us to provide services that truly resonate with the people we have the honour of helping.

Meeting Members in their local community
Our Member Advisory Body meetings are hosted regularly at different locations across the regions where we provide support, ensuring we hear from a diverse range of voices.
By gathering insights from every corner of our community, we deepen our understanding of our Members' needs, allowing us to enhance our services to better reflect the varied experiences of those we support.

My Care Coordinator, Helen, is simply out of this world. We had an instantaneous rapport, and she has the most fabulous sense of humour.
