Support to stay in the home and community you love

We founded Five Good Friends as a new approach to home care, keeping people and their communities at the heart of everything we do. Families often tell us how much they value staying connected, whether it’s strolling along South Bank, meeting friends at a New Farm cafe or enjoying the Botanical Gardens at Mount Coot-tha. It’s this love of community that shapes our approach to providing aged care and disability support across Brisbane homes.

Home care costs vary depending on the services you need and your personal circumstances. The Australian Government subsidises a range of aged care and disability services under Support at Home and NDIS funding.

For in-home aged care services under Support at Home, you may be expected to contribute towards some of your services, based on your income and assets.

In Brisbane, many providers, including Five Good Friends, offer hourly service fees with clear inclusions, so you know exactly what your budget covers. Costs are transparent, removing surprises and helping families plan ahead.
