Know your Member's Help Plan! Review it regularly to keep up to date.
Make sure you are checking out of your visits when you finish your shift. Forgetting to do so could result in a delay of payment.
Be on time for your visit. Prepare yourself beforehand and know where you are going.
Keep a handy Helper Kit in your car stocked with gloves, hand sanitiser, bandaids & sunscreen.
Bring your common ground to the visit. You were likely matched because you have something in common with the Member - whether it is sports, music, cultural or other interests.
Ask your Member if they have resuable bags before you leave for the shops
