We’re an approved My Aged Care provider
If you’ve received your assignment letter from My Aged Care, it will ask you to choose an approved provider and enter into a Home Care Agreement. You can nominate Five Good Friends using the referral code in your letter.

Self Coordination is for you.
Our Self Managed Membership is a good fit if you're hands-on, or have someone helping you stay organised. You'll use our app to make bookings and track services, with support nearby if you need it.

Smart technology to track health and wellbeing over time by picking up small changes in notes and check-ins, so care teams can respond early and effectively.
Third party providers
Access to over 4,000 trusted providers in the app — people our care teams work with every day, from physios to podiatrists to meal delivery services.
Helper upskilling
Five Good Friends offers nationally recognised free training to our Helpers so familiar faces can keep providing support and companionship as Member needs change.
