By combining skilled and caring people with easy to use technology, we put individuals and their families in control of their care and support. The Five Good Friends app lets you know who is in the home, what services have been provided and connects you directly with your Community Manager and Helpers.
For Members and authorised family and friends the app:
• Displays your fortnightly schedule of help
• Provides pictures, names and contact details of your helpers
• Shows you which of your helpers are in the home and when they checked in and out.
• Enables you to change your schedule by contacting your helpers and community manager directly.
For Helpers the app provides:
• Your fortnightly schedule
• Details of the Members you are helping
• Ability to check in and out so the family know you are delivering your wonderful care and support
• Ability to give instant feedback about the visit to your community manager
