Everyday Domestic Tasks - Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Have you ever been asked to, 'just give the place a dust', or 'do the floors'? Have you ever thought about what does that really mean, and how do I do it properly?
We now have the answers for you. Click here to see a range of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) that explain how to do every day domestic tasks.
Our SOPs are a great starting point. The outline is the minimum standard of work that will help you prepare for a new Member and how they like things done. SOPs make jobs more manageable and help you to plan your visit.
If you don't know how to do a service, SOPs can act as a training tool. The SOPs purpose statement will tell you why we do these jobs. The equipment section will tell you what you will need to do the job. The procedure is a step-by-step guide on how to do the job. To keep you safe, we have added a hazard section too.
You can use the SOP checklist at the end of a visit. Using the SOP as a checklist allows you to tick off tasks ensuring everything is done before leaving.
Take some time to look at these resources, and if there isn't an SOP on a job you want, let us know. Drop us an email at email@example.com and we will get onto it.
