Christmas & Public Holiday Period Banking Delays.

We would like to let you know Helper payments will be processed as usual on Monday 27th December for fortnight ending Sunday 26th December.

You will be able to access your Statement Summary on Monday afternoon 27th December on the FGF app as you do every fortnight .

However, due to the Monday 27th December and Tuesday 28th December public holidays, the bank will not process the payments until the next business day Wednesday 29th December 2021.

Therefore, we ask you please plan ahead for this delay, as you may not receive your payment until Thursday 30th December, depending on your bank.

Please also ensure you check-in and check-out of your Member visits to make sure you get paid on time.
